The Prime Minister meets with officials of ELARABY Group to review the investment plans and future expansions

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly - Prime Minister met Eng. Ibrahim Elaraby - Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELARABY Group and President of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, and Eng. Muhammad Elaraby, CEO of ELARABY Group, to review the investment aspects of ELARABY Group and its expansion plans.

During the meeting, Eng. Ibrahim Elaraby presented the details of the group's investments in the Egyptian market, its the future plans for expansion, increasing production capacity, and employing a greater number of national workforces, in a way that contributes to improving livelihoods and supporting the national industry.

The Prime Minister appreciated the efforts made by ELARABY Group in the field of industry to become a national name referred to by trust and quality and raise the shares of the national product globally. He also praised the contributions of ELARABY Community Group, which is a pioneering model for the role of the private sector in civil work.

On the other hand, Eng. Ibrahim Elaraby demanded during the meeting to expedite the procedures for obtaining new lands belonging to some government agencies in the city of Quesna to establish several major industrial, developmental and social projects to be established in the industrial zone. Eng. Ibrahim Elaraby also confirmed that two electricity and water stations will be constructed. In the project, as well as a hospital, in addition to expanding ELARABY School of Applied Technology in the city, and implementing several various community services, indicating that the first production of these factories is scheduled to be in 2022.

Eng. Ibrahim Elaraby also invited the Prime Minister to attend the opening of ELARABY new Industrial Complex in Qalyub, which is specialized in producing cooking appliances, explaining that the complex includes 5 lines for the production of cookers and a line for the production of microwave, which is a true result of the strong partnership with the Italian company Bertazzoni, the owner of the trademark "La Germania", which is started in 2008, indicating that the actual production started last January, and it is planned to export 50% of the total production to a several countries in the world.
